We offer a free in-house estimating service with projects ranging from £1,000 up to £350,000 based on the drawings received. We meet the clients on site to discuss their requirements and then send out enquiries to our suppliers so we can obtain their quotations. Once we have this information, we then price all the elements, programme for the number of weeks on site and price the labour work accordingly. We then submit our quotation to the client and if we are over budget we are more than happy to look at the quotation to see if there are any potential savings. Once the quotation has been approved by the client, the estimating team then hand it over to the contracts team.
